We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping each order. Many of our products are handmade, custom-prepared, and individually processed before shipment.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Custom items, personalized products, altar services, ritual work, and specialty orders may require additional preparation time.

Processing time does not include shipping time.


Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using reputable shipping carriers.

Shipping times vary depending on:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Destination

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.


International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide whenever shipping is available to the destination country.

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees
• Import taxes
• Duties
• Local regulations regarding imported products

Readings by Judie Team is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or fees imposed by the destination country.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Additional shipping fees may apply
• Delays may occur
• Returned packages may require reshipment fees

Readings by Judie Team is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delayed packages
• Delivery errors made by shipping carriers

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.


Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

📸 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photographs of the packaging
• Photographs of the damaged item
• Your order number

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review.


Weather & Natural Events

Shipping delays caused by:

• Hurricanes
• Floods
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Postal disruptions

are beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience during these events.


Custom & Spiritual Items

Many of our products are prepared specifically for the purchaser.

Because of the personalized nature of these items:
