Each item purchased from Readings by Judie Team is individually prepared, prayed over, dedicated, or personalized for the specific customer, situation, intention, or name provided at the time of purchase. Because of this, every order is considered a custom order.

Unlike mass-produced products, our items are not simply packaged and shipped. Time, preparation, prayer, and personal attention are given to each order before it leaves our hands.

For this reason:

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs so we can review the situation.
